Blazin Blueberry Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  cup Soy Sauce
  cup Blazin' Blueberry Jelly
 1 lb Flank Steak, thinly sliced
 3 tbsp Olive Oil, divided
 1 Red, Orange, or Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
 2 cups Broccoli Florets
 1 ½ cups Bean Sprouts
 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
 4 Green Onions, chopped
 Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:

Combine soy sauce and jelly in a small bowl and stir together, for your own taste add 1/3 cup water and either more of the soy or jelly.

Stir-fry half of the steak in 1 TBSP hot olive oil in large wok or skillet, 3-4 minutes or till degree of doneness. Transfer to a plate and do another batch of the steak the same way. Again transfer out the steak.

Stri fry bell pepper, broccoli, bean sprouts, garlic, green onions in hot olive oil, about a tablespoon, until tender. Add soy sauce mixtue and steak to pan with vegetables and stir around until heated through. Remove from heat and serve over hot cooked rice.
