Blueberry Habanero Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:

 2 lbs Boneless Thin and Fancy Chicken Breasts
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Sea Salt, fresh ground pepper
 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
 2 tsp Paprika
 ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
 1 Jar of Blueberry Habanero Hot Sauce
 12 Sm. Rolls
 Danish Blue Cheese in slices
 Baby Spinach
 Blue Cheese Dressing

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Heat an ovenproof skillet, add oil. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, brown sugar, paprika and cayenne pepper. Sear both sides of the chicken. Add the hot sauce to the skillet and let simmer. Once simmering put the ovenproof skillet in the oven. Bake about 30 minutes till chicken is easy to pull apart. On small rolls put the shredded chicken top with blue cheese and baby spinach, serve with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
