1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Melted Butter

4 cups Rhubarb
4 cups Blueberries
1 ½ cups Sugar
½ cup Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon

Make topping: In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar. With a fork mix, in butter to make a crumbly mixture.
In lightly greased 9 x 13 dish, combine all filling ingredients. Add water; stir to mix.
Sprinkle topping over mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
