Coat the bottom of a Dutch oven with oil and add the meat, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until the meat is browned. Remove the meat with a slotted spoon, and add the beef stock, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, Blueberry Habanero Hot Sauce, peppers and chopped cilantro to the pot. Stir until well combined. Add the browned stew meat back in the Dutch oven and cover. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about four hours. You can also use your slow cooker. Enjoy!
